妇产科的特殊性决定了患者需要得到更多的关注，临床工作中实习护士存在角色意识薄弱的问题，不能明确自身的权利和义务，对患者情况不了解、关注少，影响了护理工作质量。收集实习护士在临床工作中的相关问题，并针对问题提出解决方法，提升实习护士角色意识。

Obstetrics and Gynecology has particularity, it is decided patients need more and more attention, internship nursing exist poor role awareness problem in clinical, they can’t clear personal rights and obligations, incomprehension patients condition and less attention, inlfuence the quality of nursing work. Selected related issues of internship nusing in clinical, aim at problem then put forward to the way of solution and improve the role consciousness of internship nursing.
