本文以天津高校为例通过分析本科翻译专业设置、招生规模和就业以及翻译市场现状，找出了其中存在的问题，并着眼于京津冀一体化给本科翻译专业带来的挑战和机遇，提出了解决策略。本文认为可以通过提高翻译地位、树立翻译作为一门职业的意识、实现校内和校际联合、引导学生理性就业等方式促进本科翻译专业设置、招生规模和就业三者之间的良性循环。

This paper, after analyzing BTI (Bachelor of Transla-tion and Interpreting) major setting, enrollment scale and em-ployment of Tianjin universities and translation market status as well, finds out the problems and puts forward some solutions based on the challenges and opportunities brought by the Bei-jing-Tianjin-Hebei integration. It is proposed to enhance trans-lation status, build up the consciousness of translation as a pro-fession, live out the cooperation inside school and collegiate co-operation, offer undergraduates' rational employment guidance and so on, in order to promote the virtuous cycle among BTI ma-jor setting, enrollment scale and employment.
