目的:探讨扁平疣患者皮损TLR3、TLR9和C型凝集素DC-SIGN的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测30例扁平疣患者皮损中TLR3、TLR9和DC-SIGN的表达情况,以20例正常人皮肤组织作对照,比较两者TLR和DC-SIGN表达及分布的差异。结果:扁平疣患者皮损TLR3、TLR9和DC-SIGN的表达水平均高于正常皮肤组织(χ2值分别为42.18、45.97、45.97,P值均<0.01),且集中分布于基底层和棘层细胞下部,TLR3、TLR9和DC-SIGN的表达均呈正相关性关系( r值分别为0.46、0.43, P值均<0.05)。结论:扁平疣患者皮损TLR3、TLR9和DC-SIGN的表达增强,可能与HPV感染启动机体抗病毒免疫有关。

목적:탐토편평우환자피손TLR3、TLR9화C형응집소DC-SIGN적표체급의의。방법:채용면역조화SP법검측30례편평우환자피손중TLR3、TLR9화DC-SIGN적표체정황,이20례정상인피부조직작대조,비교량자TLR화DC-SIGN표체급분포적차이。결과:편평우환자피손TLR3、TLR9화DC-SIGN적표체수평균고우정상피부조직(χ2치분별위42.18、45.97、45.97,P치균<0.01),차집중분포우기저층화극층세포하부,TLR3、TLR9화DC-SIGN적표체균정정상관성관계( r치분별위0.46、0.43, P치균<0.05)。결론:편평우환자피손TLR3、TLR9화DC-SIGN적표체증강,가능여HPV감염계동궤체항병독면역유관。
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of TLR3, TLR9 and DC-SIGN in verruca vulgaris lesions.Methods:Immunohistochemistry streptavidin peroxidase conju-gated method was performed to detect the expression and distribution of TLR3, TLR9 and DC-SIGN in tissue specimens obtained from 30 patients verruca vulgaris lesions and 20 healthy donors. Results:The expression levels of TLR3, TLR9 and DC-SIGN in verruca vulgaris lesions were sig-nificantly higher than those in normal control tissue (χ2 =42.18,45.97,45.97,all P<0.01), and the cells expressing TLR3, TLR9 and DC-SIGN were mainly located in the basal and spinous layer in verruca vulgaris lesions.A positive correlation was found between the expression of TLR3, TLR9 and DC-SIGN in verruca vulgaris lesions(r=0.46,0.43,both P<0.05).Conclusion:The over-expression of TLR3 , TLR9 and DC-SIGN in verruca vulgaris lesion might be associated with the activation of antiviral immunity initiated by HPV.
