住院医师培养基地医生(住培生)是我国为探索医科大学毕业生接受临床继续教育而产生一类特殊群体。医学是一门培养应用型人才的科学,随着我国社会经济快速发展及社会开放与文明程度的提高,医学生的独立意识和自我价值的实现,要求医院对毕业后的医学生除了医学专业的教育外,必须增加更为广博的人文教育。为了让医学生将来更好为患者服务,成为称职的住院医师,2005年我国卫生部逐步在全国建立住院医师培养基地,进一步规范住院医师培养基地医生(住培生)制度,而有关住培生的人文教育尚处于探索之中,尤其是对住培生人文教育与住培生相关心理因素的分析。
住院醫師培養基地醫生(住培生)是我國為探索醫科大學畢業生接受臨床繼續教育而產生一類特殊群體。醫學是一門培養應用型人纔的科學,隨著我國社會經濟快速髮展及社會開放與文明程度的提高,醫學生的獨立意識和自我價值的實現,要求醫院對畢業後的醫學生除瞭醫學專業的教育外,必鬚增加更為廣博的人文教育。為瞭讓醫學生將來更好為患者服務,成為稱職的住院醫師,2005年我國衛生部逐步在全國建立住院醫師培養基地,進一步規範住院醫師培養基地醫生(住培生)製度,而有關住培生的人文教育尚處于探索之中,尤其是對住培生人文教育與住培生相關心理因素的分析。

The resident physician training base is a special group which comes into being explored medical students how to accept clinical continuing education after graduation in China. Medicine is a science of training applied talents. With China's rapid economic development and serve to people, we enhanced this education on independent awareness of medical students, hospitals must increase more humanities education for medical students after graduation, in addition to medical education. Ministry of Health has gradually begun to establish clinic resident physician training bases in our country since 2005. We need to establish the quality criteria of resident physician training bases. humanistic education for resident physicians continue to be explored, analysis of humanistic education and psychological factors related to resident physicians has not been reported .
