带教临床医学实习生应遵循认知规律。我们将医学生认知疾病的基本思维规律分为基础和提升两个阶段,基础阶段属于理解记忆、整体模仿型思维,提升阶段属于思考、创新型思维。基础阶段是带教的重点,主要是夯实“三基”和训练临床思维;提升阶段应注重培养疾病鉴别诊断能力和学术创新意识。
帶教臨床醫學實習生應遵循認知規律。我們將醫學生認知疾病的基本思維規律分為基礎和提升兩箇階段,基礎階段屬于理解記憶、整體模倣型思維,提升階段屬于思攷、創新型思維。基礎階段是帶教的重點,主要是夯實“三基”和訓練臨床思維;提升階段應註重培養疾病鑒彆診斷能力和學術創新意識。

Teaching medical interns must follow cognitive rule. We divide into the elementary thinking phase and the lifting phase for the basic law of thinking in medico cognizing diseases, The elementary thinking phase belong to comprehend memory, holistic imitation thinking and the lifting stage belong to think and innovate thinking. The elementary phase has the key of teaching, mainly of tamp trigualacyl and train the clinical thinking, while the lifting phase should be pay attention to cultivate the ability of differential diagnosis disease and academic innovation consciousness.
