目的:分析不同病理类型肺癌脑转移的18F-FDG PET/CT显像特点。方法:回顾性分析103例肺癌脑转移患者的头部18F-FDG PET/CT显像资料,观察不同病理类型肺癌脑转移瘤病灶的18F-FDG摄取情况及其与CT表现类型的相应关系。结果:肺癌脑转移瘤的发生部位与原发灶病理类型无关联性(χ2=6.319, P=0.984,CC=0.174);肺癌脑转移瘤的18F-FDG 摄取与原发灶病理类型均无关联性(χ2=11.977, P=0.448,CC=0.330),而与CT表现类型密切相关(χ2=37.689, P=0.000, CC=0.420)。结论:肺癌脑转移瘤的18F-FDG PET/CT表现形式多种多样,掌握其18F-FDG PET/CT显像特点,有助于提高脑转移瘤的诊断准确率。

목적:분석불동병리류형폐암뇌전이적18F-FDG PET/CT현상특점。방법:회고성분석103례폐암뇌전이환자적두부18F-FDG PET/CT현상자료,관찰불동병리류형폐암뇌전이류병조적18F-FDG섭취정황급기여CT표현류형적상응관계。결과:폐암뇌전이류적발생부위여원발조병리류형무관련성(χ2=6.319, P=0.984,CC=0.174);폐암뇌전이류적18F-FDG 섭취여원발조병리류형균무관련성(χ2=11.977, P=0.448,CC=0.330),이여CT표현류형밀절상관(χ2=37.689, P=0.000, CC=0.420)。결론:폐암뇌전이류적18F-FDG PET/CT표현형식다충다양,장악기18F-FDG PET/CT현상특점,유조우제고뇌전이류적진단준학솔。
Objective: To analyze the manifestations of 18F-FDG PET/CT scanning in brain metastasis of different types of lung cancer. Methods:Head imaging of 18F-FDG PET/CT scan of 103 patients with brain metastases of lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Observed the18F-FDG uptake of brain metastasis of different types of lung cancer, and analyzed the relations between the CT types with 18F-FDG uptake. Results:There were no correlation between the distribution of brain metastasis with the pathological types of primary tumors(χ2=6.319, P=0.984,CC=0.174). There was no significant correlation was observed between the pathological types of primary tumors with 18F-FDG uptake (χ2=11.977, P=0.448,CC=0.330). But there was significant correlation between the uptake of 18F-FDG and CT types of lesions(χ2=37.689, P=0.000,CC=0.420). Conclusion: The imaging features of 18F-FDG PET/CT in patients with brain metastasis are diverse. Mastering the features would be helpful to accurate diagnosis.
