目的：探讨心理干预在脑血管疾病介入治疗中的应用效果及对患者的预后影响。方法选取本院2013年6月~2014年12月收治的108例脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象，均予以脑血管介入治疗。将入选患者随机分为A组(心理干预组)和B组(常规对照组)，各54例。比较两组护理干预前后的HAMD、HAMA、NFDS评分及GOS分级等预后指标。结果两组干预后的HAMD与HAMA评分显著低于干预前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 A组干预后的HAMD与HAMA评分显著低于B组干预后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 A组的NFDS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的GOS预后优良率为79.6%，显著高于对照组的46.3%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预在脑血管疾病患者介入治疗中的应用效果显著，可有效缓解其不良情绪，促进术后恢复，改善神经功能，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토심리간예재뇌혈관질병개입치료중적응용효과급대환자적예후영향。방법선취본원2013년6월~2014년12월수치적108례뇌혈관질병환자작위연구대상，균여이뇌혈관개입치료。장입선환자수궤분위A조(심리간예조)화B조(상규대조조)，각54례。비교량조호리간예전후적HAMD、HAMA、NFDS평분급GOS분급등예후지표。결과량조간예후적HAMD여HAMA평분현저저우간예전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。 A조간예후적HAMD여HAMA평분현저저우B조간예후，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。 A조적NFDS평분현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。A조적GOS예후우량솔위79.6%，현저고우대조조적46.3%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론심리간예재뇌혈관질병환자개입치료중적응용효과현저，가유효완해기불량정서，촉진술후회복，개선신경공능，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intervention on interventional therapy in cere-brovascular disease and its prognostic influence on patients. Methods 108 patients with cerebrovascular diseases from June 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as research object,all patients were provided with cere-brovascular intervention treatment,and were randomly divided into group A (psychological intervention group) and group B (conventional control group).The score of HAMD,HAMA,NFDS and GOS classification in two groups before and after nursing intervention was compared. Results The score of HAMD,HAMA in two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention,with significant difference(P<0.05).The score of HAMD,HAMA in group A after intervention was lower than that in group B after intervention,with significant difference(P<0.05).The score of NFDS in group A was low-er than that in group B,with significant difference(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of GOS prognosis in group A was 79.6%,which was higher than 46.3%in group B,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of psychological intervention on interventional therapy in patients suffered from cerebrovascular diseases is significant, which can alleviate bad emotion,promote postoperative recovery,improve neurological function,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
