为了改变中山大学附属第一医院纯手工的危急值报告登记、处理的工作模式，通过信息平台，整合HIS、LIS、EMR、移动护理系统、床头卡系统、危急值报告终端报警系统、报表系统等，建立及时、稳定、全方位的一体化检验危急值报告系统。在减轻检验科、质控管理部门工作量的同时，又提升医疗服务质量。重点介绍系统背景、系统设计、系统功能及系统应用特点。

To change the mode of manually filtering critical value, informing patients by phone, manually recording critical value reports in SUMS, we designed this stable, timely and accurate test critical value reporting system. This reporting system avoiding three internal known problematic modes of test critical value reporting system, which has mitigated workloads of test laboratory and quality control management department, also improved the quality of medical services. This paper focuses on introducing the background, designing, function and application features of this reporting system.
