采用直接进样,冷原子吸收光谱测定方法对烟草及烟草制品中汞进行了测定。对仪器测量条件进行了优化。方法线性范围2~300 ng,相关系数≥0.9992,方法检出限0.04 ng,方法回收率96.0%~102%,相对标准偏差小于6%。与其他测试方法相比具有更高样品回收率。测试常见烟草及烟草制品中汞含量在0.036~0.120μg/g之间。本方法灵敏度高,方法简便、快速、准确,适用于烟草及烟草制品中总汞的测定。

Direct determination of mercury in tobacco and tobacco production by cold atomic absorption was discussed.The working conditions of the instrument were optimized.The relation rate was greater than or equal to 0.9992. Detection limit (3S/N) found was 0.04 ng.Recovery of the method was tested by the standard addition method, and the results obtained were in the range of 96.0%to 102%, better than other methods.The values of RSD was less than 6%. Mercury content in tobacco and tobacco products was 0.036~0.120 μg/g.
