为有效杜绝数据漏发并尽可能避免数据重发,提出一种智能变电站的双机数据同步实现方法。分析双机运行模式、切换过程以及遥信数据重发漏发现象的产生原因,设计基于数据结构的传输服务协议,以保证同步数据的传输及时性,利用逐点精准同步的思想,将遥信索引、动作值及动作时间作为同步数据的必要属性,围绕IEC61850/IEC104协议通信中断的特点,设计同步数据的发送、接收及清除缓存的逻辑,实现双机切换过程中已发送成功的遥信数据不再重发、未发送成功的遥信数据不漏发。

To effectively prevent leakage and to avoid retransmissions as far as possible ,the implementation of data synchroniza‐tion for communication gateway in smart substation was proposed .The mode of double machine ,the switching process ,and the causes of retransmission and leakage were analyzed .The transmission service protocol based on data structure was proposed ,and the method was put forward that receiving and sending the data of synchronization ,and the cache was cleared according to IEC61850/IEC104 protocol characteristics .The goal that sent successfully and no retransmission ,sent unsuccessfully and no leakage was realized with the point by point synchronization and the attribute of signal index ,value and time .
