目的:探讨3D打印技术在儿童胫骨远端骨软骨瘤的应用。方法:采集10例复杂儿童胫骨远端骨软骨瘤足踝部CT断层扫描数据,进行数字化三维重建和快速成型,并将其应用于术前诊断和术中引导肿瘤切除。结果:平均随访36个月,所有患儿胫骨远端骨软骨瘤切除均在3D打印实体模型指导下完成,手术过程顺利,无局部复发。10例患儿术中所见骨软骨瘤形态和位置与术前数字化三维重建和3D打印实体模型一致。术后6个月以上进行功能评分,优7例,良2例,中1例, Enneking得分平均22分。结论:数字化重建与3D打印技术能够准确和直观地反映儿童胫骨远端骨软骨瘤的立体形态和解剖结构的空间关系,对于儿童胫骨远端骨软骨瘤的诊断、分型及治疗均有很强的临床指导作用,并减少了手术的操作时间,达到更佳的手术效果。

목적:탐토3D타인기술재인동경골원단골연골류적응용。방법:채집10례복잡인동경골원단골연골류족과부CT단층소묘수거,진행수자화삼유중건화쾌속성형,병장기응용우술전진단화술중인도종류절제。결과:평균수방36개월,소유환인경골원단골연골류절제균재3D타인실체모형지도하완성,수술과정순리,무국부복발。10례환인술중소견골연골류형태화위치여술전수자화삼유중건화3D타인실체모형일치。술후6개월이상진행공능평분,우7례,량2례,중1례, Enneking득분평균22분。결론:수자화중건여3D타인기술능구준학화직관지반영인동경골원단골연골류적입체형태화해부결구적공간관계,대우인동경골원단골연골류적진단、분형급치료균유흔강적림상지도작용,병감소료수술적조작시간,체도경가적수술효과。
Objective:To investigate the application of 3D printing in the treatment of distal tibial tumor in children. Method:The CT scans of 10 patients with distal tibial tumor were used for three-dimensional reconstruction and the 3D printing model of the feet and ankles were achieved for clinical practice. The operation was simulated and was designed on the 3D printing model according to the surgical procedure. Result:The average follow-up time was 36 months. All operations for these patients were successfully performed under the guidance of 3-D entity model. No local recurrence happened. Average scoring was 22 points according to Enneking system. Conclusion:The digital three-dimensional model of distal tibial tumor in children could reflect the detailed three-dimensional shape of tumor exactly and directly, they have the important role of supervising clinic diagnosis, typing and treatment, which is helpful for diagnosing and planning of operations.
