在模拟生理条件下,借助荧光光谱研究了磺胺二甲基嘧啶(SMZ)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)以及Eu(III)对磺胺二甲基嘧啶与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的光谱行为。求算了不同温度下(275 K和308 K)相互作用的结合常数Kb 和结合位点数n。结果表明:磺胺二甲基嘧啶对牛血清白蛋白荧光有猝灭,其过程属于静态猝灭机理。 Eu(Ⅲ)的存在使SMZ与BSA的结合常数降低,结合位点数变小。

The interaction between sulfamethazine and bovine serum albumin, and the influence of Eu(Ⅲ) on the system of sulfamethazine and bovine serum albumin was studied under the physiological conditions by fluorescence method.The binding constant Kb and the number of binding sites n were measured at diffrent temperatures (275 K and 308 K) by fluorescence quenching method.The results showed that sulfanilamide dimethyl pyridine could quench the fluorescence of bovine serum albumin, and it was the static quenching.The binding constant and the number of binding sites of both compounds decreased in the presence of Eu(Ⅲ).
