用甘油法生产环氧氯丙烷的工艺中,产生大量的高盐有机废水,对环境的污染很大。本文研究了用白土作为吸附剂处理这种高盐有机废水,吸附率高达75%,白土再生之后可以重复使用五次。可以用固定床反应器进行吸附实验,吸附剂的再生也可以在固定床中进行。而且白土价格便宜,用这种吸附剂处理含有甘油的废水成本较低,同时保留了其中的氯化钠,经此处理过废水可以作为氯碱工业的原料。

Using glycerol production in the process of epoxy chloropropane produces a large number of high salt organic wastewater treatment, pollution to the environment is large.High salt organic wastewater treatment using clay as adsorbent was studied, the adsorption rate was as high as 75%.After regeneration, clay can be reused five times.Fixed bed reactor can be used in adsorption experiments, the regeneration of the adsorbent can also be carried out in a fixed bed.Because the clay was cheap, the cost of the glycerin wastewater treatment using clay was low, while the sodium chloride was retained, the treated wastewater after treatment can still be used as a raw material in chlor-alkali industry.
