目的：探讨护理风险管理在新生儿病房中的临床应用效果。方法选择2014年2~5月本院新生儿科病房的80例新生患儿作为研究对象，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，各40例。试验组采用护理风险管理措施，对照组采用普通护理措施，比较两组的护理质量、护理记录合格率、护理纠纷发生率及家长护理满意度等指标。结果试验组的护理质量得分、护理记录合格率、家长满意度分别为(98.8±1.1)分、97.5%、95.0%，显著高于对照组的(87.5±1.5)分、77.5%、72.5%(P<0.05)；试验组的护理纠纷发生率为2.5%，显著低于对照组的20%(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿病房中实施护理风险管理，可提高护理质量，降低护理纠纷发生率，保证患儿的生命健康和安全，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토호리풍험관리재신생인병방중적림상응용효과。방법선택2014년2~5월본원신생인과병방적80례신생환인작위연구대상，장기수궤분위시험조화대조조，각40례。시험조채용호리풍험관리조시，대조조채용보통호리조시，비교량조적호리질량、호리기록합격솔、호리규분발생솔급가장호리만의도등지표。결과시험조적호리질량득분、호리기록합격솔、가장만의도분별위(98.8±1.1)분、97.5%、95.0%，현저고우대조조적(87.5±1.5)분、77.5%、72.5%(P<0.05)；시험조적호리규분발생솔위2.5%，현저저우대조조적20%(P<0.05)。결론재신생인병방중실시호리풍험관리，가제고호리질량，강저호리규분발생솔，보증환인적생명건강화안전，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of nursing risk management in neonatal ward. Methods 80 cases of newborn children in our hospital’s neonatal ward from February to May 2014 were selected as research ob-ject.They were randomly assigned to the experiment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The ex-periment group was used nursing risk management,the control group was taken regular nursing.Indices of nursing quali-ty,qualified rate of nursing records,incidence of nursing disputes and satisfaction rate of parents to nursing was com-pared between the two groups. Results In the experiment group,nursing quality,qualified rate of nursing records, satis-faction rate of parents to nursing respectively was (98.8±1.1)points,97.5%,95.0%,which was significantly higher than those of control group [(87.5±1.5) points,77.5%,72.5%](P<0.05).Incidence of nursing disputes in experiment group was 2.5%,which was significantly less than 20% of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the neonatal ward,nursing risk management improves nursing quality,reduces incidence of nursing disputes and ensures the safety of newborn’s life and health.It is worthy of clinic application.
