目的：探讨综合管理在减少消毒供应中心手术器械包装质量缺陷中的效果。方法于2014年1~12月针对本院手术器械包装质量缺陷的主要原因实施相应的综合管理，分析比较综合管理前、后手术器械包装质量缺陷的发生情况及手术室的满意度。结果综合管理前、后手术器械包装质量缺陷的发生率分别为1.5%、0.5%，手术室满意度评分分别为(29.72±2.01)、(29.01±1.89)分，前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合管理能有效降低手术器械包装质量缺陷的发生率，提高手术室的满意度。
목적：탐토종합관리재감소소독공응중심수술기계포장질량결함중적효과。방법우2014년1~12월침대본원수술기계포장질량결함적주요원인실시상응적종합관리，분석비교종합관리전、후수술기계포장질량결함적발생정황급수술실적만의도。결과종합관리전、후수술기계포장질량결함적발생솔분별위1.5%、0.5%，수술실만의도평분분별위(29.72±2.01)、(29.01±1.89)분，전후차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론종합관리능유효강저수술기계포장질량결함적발생솔，제고수술실적만의도。
Objective To explore the application effects of comprehensive management on reducing the packaging quality defects of surgical instruments. Methods According to the main reasons of packaging quality defects of surgical instruments,the comprehensive management was implemented from January to December 2014 in our hospital disinfec-tion supply center.The packaging quality defects and satisfaction of operation room was analyzed and compared. Re-sults The packaging quality defects of surgical instruments before the management was 1.5%,and after the management was 0.5%.The scores of satisfaction of operation room before the management was (29.01±1.89) points,and after the management was (29.72±2.01) points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive management can effectively reduce the packaging quality defects and improve the satisfaction of operation room.
