目的评价经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)治疗失败的胆道梗阻患者行内镜超声引导下胆道穿刺引流(EUS-BD)的疗效及安全性.方法回顾性总结2014年8月至2015年1月期间,8例ERCP引流失败后行EUS-BD的胆道梗阻患者的临床资料,分析EUS-BD的疗效及并发症发生情况.结果 8例均操作成功,于胆道与消化道之间顺利放置全覆膜金属支架,解除胆道梗阻,且术后恢复良好,无明显并发症发生.结论 EUS-BD是一种安全、有效的胆道引流方式,可以作为ERCP失败后的备用治疗方案.
목적 평개경내경역행이담관조영술(ERCP)치료실패적담도경조환자행내경초성인도하담도천자인류(EUS-BD)적료효급안전성.방법 회고성총결2014년8월지2015년1월기간,8례ERCP인류실패후행EUS-BD적담도경조환자적림상자료,분석EUS-BD적료효급병발증발생정황.결과 8례균조작성공,우담도여소화도지간순리방치전복막금속지가,해제담도경조,차술후회복량호,무명현병발증발생.결론 EUS-BD시일충안전、유효적담도인류방식,가이작위ERCP실패후적비용치료방안.
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of endoscopic ultrasound guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD)technology for biliary obstruction where ERCP(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) failed.Methods EUS-BD was performed on 8 patients with biliary obstruction after failure of ERCP.Clinical data were collected,and effectiveness and complications of EUS-BD were analysed.Results Procedures were performed successfully on 8 patients.Full covered metallic stents were placed between biliary and digestive tract to relieve biliary obstruction,and all patients recovered with no complications.Conclusion EUS-BD is a safe and effective way for the biliary drainage,and it can be used as a standby treatment after the failure of ERCP.
