为了提高橙皮的利用价值,以橙皮为原料,经环氧氯丙烷改性处理得到新型吸附剂,研究了改性橙皮对孔雀石绿的吸附性能。采用单因素试验考察了吸附剂用量、 pH、初始浓度及吸附时间等因素对吸附的影响,通过正交实验确定了最佳吸附条件。结果表明:20℃时, pH为7,初始浓度为600 mg/L,吸附剂用量为0.08 g,吸附时间为3 h,改性橙皮对孔雀石绿的吸附量可达285.45 mg/g。改性橙皮对含孔雀石绿废水的吸附性能明显高于未改性橙皮。

In order to improve ultilization value of orange peel, a new sorbent was developed by using orange peel modified with epichlorohydrin.The absorption of modified orange peel on malachite green ( MG ) dye wastewater was studied.The effects of absorbent dosage, pH value, inital concentration and adsorption time were researched through the single factor test.The optimum absorption conditions were investigated by orthogonal test.The results showed that in the conditions of pH of 7, the initial concentration of 600 mg/L, the dosage of 0.08 g, the contact time for 3 h, the absorption capacity of MG was 285.45 mg/g.The absorption effect of MG by modified orange peel was obviously better than that of unmodified orange peel.
