基于紫杉醇的抗癌功效,探究何种条件(乙醇浓度,固液比,提取时间,提取次数,提取功率,温度,颗粒直径,溶媒,提取方法,提取部位)下,能在有限的红豆杉中最大量的提取紫杉醇很有必要。在单因素条件的基础上,选取预处理中影响紫杉醇提取的4个因素(固液比,提取时间,超声波功率,温度)进行4因素3水平(L9(34))正交实验。然后对K值进行分析,得出结论:最优的超声波预处理实验组合为温度50℃、固液比为1:35、超声波提取时间为40 min、超声波功率为70%。最后采取氧化铝柱层析进一步除杂,通过高效液相色谱结果,对提取纯化的效果进行分析。

based on Paclitaxel anti-cancer efficacy, it is necessary to find out that, under which conditions a large number of Paclitaxel can be extracted from Taxus chinensis, such as ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction times, extraction power, temperature, particle diameter, solvent, extraction method, extraction parts, etc.Based on single factor conditions, 4 factors, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, ultrasonic power, temperature, which influenced the selection of taxol extraction pretreatment, were used in L9(34 ) orthogonal experiment.Analyzing the K value, it was concluded that the best optimal ultrasonic pretreatment experiment combination was as follows: the temperature was 50℃, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:35, ultrasonic extraction time was 40 min, ultrasonic power was 70%. Using alumina column chromatography to impurities further removement, under the high performance liquid chromatography results, the effect of the extraction and purification was analyzed.
