选用不同抗菌成分和一些温和表面活性剂配制了新型护肤抗菌型洗手液。采用纸片扩散法和悬液定量法,研究了不同抗菌成分的洗手液抑菌效果,并与市场上的某些洗手液和肥皂进行了比较。研究发现,相对于碘伏、过氧化氢、新洁尔灭作为抑菌成分,卡松配制的洗手液抑菌效果较好,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌抑菌环直径分别达到31.7 mm和27.8 mm;作用1 min后,对两种自然菌的去除率都达到100%。结果表明,以2%卡松配制的洗手液稳定且抑菌效果较好。
選用不同抗菌成分和一些溫和錶麵活性劑配製瞭新型護膚抗菌型洗手液。採用紙片擴散法和懸液定量法,研究瞭不同抗菌成分的洗手液抑菌效果,併與市場上的某些洗手液和肥皂進行瞭比較。研究髮現,相對于碘伏、過氧化氫、新潔爾滅作為抑菌成分,卡鬆配製的洗手液抑菌效果較好,對金黃色葡萄毬菌和大腸桿菌抑菌環直徑分彆達到31.7 mm和27.8 mm;作用1 min後,對兩種自然菌的去除率都達到100%。結果錶明,以2%卡鬆配製的洗手液穩定且抑菌效果較好。

The new hand sanitizer could be obtained with different antimicrobial substances and soft surfactants. Disc diffusion method and suspension quantitative test were used to test the antimicrobial effect of each hand sanitizer. Compared the bactericidal effect with hand cleaner and soap from the market, it was found that hand cleaner had potent bacteriostatic activity on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli compared with iodophor, hydrogen peroxide and bromo-geramine, and the average bacteriostatic ring’s diameter was 31.7 mm and 27.8 mm, respectively.The average values for removing natural bacteria were almost 100%.The results indicated that the sanitizer with kathon (2%) as bacteriostatic composition had a better antibacterial effect and stable.
