近年来，猪流行性腹泻（porcine epidemic diarrhea,PED）呈现出全球性的流行及暴发，发病率及病死率逐年升高，经济损失巨大，严重阻碍了养猪业的健康可持续发展。文章综述了国内外研究者近年来在猪流行性腹泻病毒（porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV）的实验室检测方法以及生产防控措施等方面的研究进展，以期为研究者提供参考。
근년래，저류행성복사（porcine epidemic diarrhea,PED）정현출전구성적류행급폭발，발병솔급병사솔축년승고，경제손실거대，엄중조애료양저업적건강가지속발전。문장종술료국내외연구자근년래재저류행성복사병독（porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV）적실험실검측방법이급생산방공조시등방면적연구진전，이기위연구자제공삼고。
In recent years,the incidence and scope of porcine epidemic diarrhea (PED) is increased gradually, disease and fatality rate is rised year by year.It is exacerbating a economic losses and hampering the sustainable development of pig industry.This paper summarizes the advances on detection methods and control measures of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV).The writer hopes it can provide a basis for researcher.
