研究在不同的盐酸浓度、温度、淀粉用量和反应时间条件下,通过单因素实验和正交实验取得最佳工艺条件。利用盐酸水解红薯淀粉制备微孔淀粉,通过吸油率考察了微孔淀粉吸附性能。盐酸浓度为1.5%、温度为45℃、淀粉用量为20 g、反应时间为8h时,制备红薯微孔淀粉的吸附性能最佳。
研究在不同的鹽痠濃度、溫度、澱粉用量和反應時間條件下,通過單因素實驗和正交實驗取得最佳工藝條件。利用鹽痠水解紅藷澱粉製備微孔澱粉,通過吸油率攷察瞭微孔澱粉吸附性能。鹽痠濃度為1.5%、溫度為45℃、澱粉用量為20 g、反應時間為8h時,製備紅藷微孔澱粉的吸附性能最佳。

Sweet potatoes micro-porous starches were prepared using hydrochloric acid hydrolysis methods, and the change law of the sweet potatoes’absorption property under different conditions was studied, such as different dose of hydrochloric acid concentration, temperature, concentration of sweet potatoes and response time.The best technological conditions with Single Factor Experiment and Orthogonal Experiment were studied.It showed that the sweet potatoes’ absorption property was the best only when the use level of hydrochloric acid concentration was 1.5%, the tempretrue was 45 ℃, the concentration of sweet potatoes was 20 g, and the response time was 8 h.
