目的：探究护理风险管理应用于神经内科的效果以及价值。方法：选择2012年1月～2013年12月我院神经内科接受治疗的病患156例，以根据护理风险管理实施前后分为观察组和对照组各78例。观察组实施护理风险管理，对照组采用常规管理。对比2组护理满意度、护理质量以及风险事件、并发症、医患纠纷比率。结果：观察组的满意度高于对照组，护理后护理质量、病房管理以及消毒隔离质量等评分也较对照组高。并且观察组发生风险事件、并发症以及医患纠纷的比例少于对照组。结论：应用护理风险管理于神经内科中能显著提高病患对护理的满意度，极大降低风险事件和严重并发症的发生几率，在临床护理中有较大的应用价值。

목적：탐구호리풍험관리응용우신경내과적효과이급개치。방법：선택2012년1월～2013년12월아원신경내과접수치료적병환156례，이근거호리풍험관리실시전후분위관찰조화대조조각78례。관찰조실시호리풍험관리，대조조채용상규관리。대비2조호리만의도、호리질량이급풍험사건、병발증、의환규분비솔。결과：관찰조적만의도고우대조조，호리후호리질량、병방관리이급소독격리질량등평분야교대조조고。병차관찰조발생풍험사건、병발증이급의환규분적비례소우대조조。결론：응용호리풍험관리우신경내과중능현저제고병환대호리적만의도，겁대강저풍험사건화엄중병발증적발생궤솔，재림상호리중유교대적응용개치。
Objective:To explore the nursing risk management is applied to neural Department of internal medicine effect and value. Methods:selected neural Department of internal medicine in our hospital 2012 January to 2013 December treated patients with 156 cases, according to the nursing risk management implementation divided into observation group and control group with 78 cases in each group. The observation group to implement the nursing risk management, and the control group with routine management.Comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction, quality of care and risk events, complications, patient disputes ratio.Results:The observation group satis-faction was higher than the control group, nursing quality, nursing ward management and disinfection and isolation quality scores were higher than the control group.And the observation group risk event occurs, the complications and the patient disputes were less than con-trol group.Conclusion:nursing risk management might be applied to neural Department of internal medicine could significantly improve the patient to nursing satisfaction, greatly reducing the risk event and the occurrence probability of serious complications, have great appli-cation value in clinical nursing.
