探讨了不同配方下,木粉的含量和填充材料对三层共挤PVC微发泡建筑模板的性能的影响。结果表明:添加了10份碳酸钙和10份粉煤灰的木塑模板的综合力学性能要分别好于单独添加了20份粉煤灰和20份粉煤灰的木塑模板,其静曲强度达到19.1 MPa,弹性模量达到1287 MPa,两种填料同时添加能够降低木塑模板的密度。单独粉煤灰添加20份时,木塑模板的热变形温度到达相对最高值79℃。粉煤灰对提高木塑模板的热变形温度有明显作用。

Microcellular PVC wood construction formwork was prepared.Mechanical properties, density and heat distortion temperature of Microcellular PVC wood construction formwork were characterized. The results showed that density of PVC wood construction formwork was 0.89 g/cm3 with 20 phr CaCO3 and 15 phr fly ash.With composites of with 10 phr CaCO3 and 10 phr fly ash, the mechanical properties of composites were up to the maximum value.The tensile strength and heat distortion temperature were increased with increasing fly ash content.
