采用绿色超声化学技术成功地制备出了分级结构的半导体BiOCl纳米片,通过X-射线粉末衍射( XRD)和扫描电子显微镜( SEM)对BiOCl纳米片的物相和形态学结构进行了测试表征。可见光催化性能试验表明:以LED灯为光源,纳米TiO2(P25)和以NaCl为原料制得的单晶圆片为对照,这种分级结构的BiOCl纳米片展现了结构增强的可见光催化降解有机污染物的性能。

Hierarchical BiOCl nanosheets were successfully prepared via a green ultrasonic chemical method.The products were characterized in detail by X-ray powder diffraction ( XRD ) and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) . According to the photodegradation of MB and Rhodamine B organic pollutants under visible light irradiation ( LED lamp) , compared to nano TiO2 (P25) and BiOCl disk-like crystals photocatalysts using NaCl as raw materials, the hierarchically structured BiOCl nanosheets exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity.
