通过对某工程PHC管桩施工质量和检测过程的分析,结合工程地质条件的变化,研究了持力层及其下卧层对桩的承载特性的影响,并分析了发生质量事故的原因,研究表明:对于存在软弱下卧层的较薄的卵石层,采用锤击法打入PHC管桩,应注意是否会造成卵石层及其下卧层的整体沉降,从而降低管桩的桩端承载力,影响施工质量。

Through analyzing the engineering PHC pipe pile construction quality and detection process,combining with the engineering geological condition changing,the paper studies the impact of bearing stratum and its substratum upon pile bearing property,and analyzes quality accident causes. Research results show that:as for thinker pebble stratum existing in soft substratum,it is necessary to consider whether causing pebble stratum and its substratum subsidence while applying driven pile method to adding into PHC pipe pile,which will reduce ultimate pipe pile bear-ing capacity and influence construction quality.
