目的：探讨口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片联合口服脾氨肽对复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效及其对Th1／Th2细胞因子的影响。方法：将复发性生殖器疱疹患者68例随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例，治疗组采用口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片联合口服脾氨肽治疗，对照组单用口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗，疗程均2个月，随访12个月，比较两组的疗效及治疗前后患者外周血中IL－4、INF－γ的水平。结果：治疗组的总有效率97．1％与对照组的94．1％无明显差异（P＞0．05）；治疗组的复发率52．9％明显低于对照组的85．3％（P＜0．01）。治疗2月后，治疗组IL－4水平明显低于对照组（P＜0．01），IFN－γ水平则明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片联合口服脾氨肽治疗复发性生殖器疱疹临床疗效显著，可显著降低复发率，其机制可能与调节Th1／Th2细胞因子平衡有关。

목적：탐토구복염산벌석락위편연합구복비안태대복발성생식기포진적료효급기대Th1／Th2세포인자적영향。방법：장복발성생식기포진환자68례수궤분위치료조화대조조각34례，치료조채용구복염산벌석락위편연합구복비안태치료，대조조단용구복염산벌석락위편치료，료정균2개월，수방12개월，비교량조적료효급치료전후환자외주혈중IL－4、INF－γ적수평。결과：치료조적총유효솔97．1％여대조조적94．1％무명현차이（P＞0．05）；치료조적복발솔52．9％명현저우대조조적85．3％（P＜0．01）。치료2월후，치료조IL－4수평명현저우대조조（P＜0．01），IFN－γ수평칙명현고우대조조（P＜0．01）。결론：구복염산벌석락위편연합구복비안태치료복발성생식기포진림상료효현저，가현저강저복발솔，기궤제가능여조절Th1／Th2세포인자평형유관。
Objective: To explore the effect of valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets in combination with spleen aminopeptide on clinical symptoms and Th1/Th2 cytokine in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes (RGH). Methods:68 patients with RGH were randomly divided into treatment group (n=34) and control group (n=34).The treatment group received oral valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets in combination with spleen aminopeptide while the control group received oral valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets only in the course of 2 months and follow-up of 12 months. Clinical efficacy and levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significantly difference in the effective rate between the two groups (97.1% vs 94.1%, P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (52.9% vs 85.3%,P<0.01). The levels of IL-4 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01),while IFN-γwas significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets in combination with spleen aminopeptide is effective in the treatment of RGH and can reduce the recurrence rate of RGH,probably related to modulating the balance of Th1/Th2 cytokine.
