以硅树脂为成膜物制备耐高温涂料,讨论分析了颜料和填料种类及用量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:以铝粉为颜料,且铝粉的加入量为15%,以云母粉和滑石粉为混合填料,且加入量均为10%时,制得的涂料可常温固化,涂层耐高温性能优异,成本经济。

Preparation of high temperature resistant coatings by silicon resin as film forming material and the effect of pigment and filler type and dosage on the properties of coatings were discussed.The results showed that the paint can be cured at room temperature when the aluminum powder was used as pigment and the amount of aluminum powder was 15%, meanwhile the mica powder and talcum powder was mixed, and the amount of addition was 10%.The coating has excellent properties with low cost.
