目的：探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定联合中医综合疗法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月~2014年5月本院收治的110例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组，各55例。研究组采用PFNA内固定联合中医综合疗法治疗，对照组采用PFNA内固定手术治疗，随访6个月，比较两组患者的髋关节功能优良率及不良反应发生情况。结果研究患者的髋关节功能优良率为92.7%，高于对照组的78.2%(P<0.05)；研究组患者出现髋关节疼痛、肺部感染、下肢静脉血栓等不良反应发生率为3.6%，低于对照组的21.8%(P<0.05)。结论PFNA内固定联合中医综合疗法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果确切，可有效改善髋关节功能，值得临床推广应用。
目的：探討防鏇股骨近耑髓內釘(PFNA)內固定聯閤中醫綜閤療法治療老年股骨粗隆間骨摺的臨床效果。方法選取2011年1月~2014年5月本院收治的110例老年股骨粗隆間骨摺患者作為研究對象，採用隨機數字錶法將所選患者分為研究組和對照組，各55例。研究組採用PFNA內固定聯閤中醫綜閤療法治療，對照組採用PFNA內固定手術治療，隨訪6箇月，比較兩組患者的髖關節功能優良率及不良反應髮生情況。結果研究患者的髖關節功能優良率為92.7%，高于對照組的78.2%(P<0.05)；研究組患者齣現髖關節疼痛、肺部感染、下肢靜脈血栓等不良反應髮生率為3.6%，低于對照組的21.8%(P<0.05)。結論PFNA內固定聯閤中醫綜閤療法治療老年股骨粗隆間骨摺的效果確切，可有效改善髖關節功能，值得臨床推廣應用。
목적：탐토방선고골근단수내정(PFNA)내고정연합중의종합요법치료노년고골조륭간골절적림상효과。방법선취2011년1월~2014년5월본원수치적110례노년고골조륭간골절환자작위연구대상，채용수궤수자표법장소선환자분위연구조화대조조，각55례。연구조채용PFNA내고정연합중의종합요법치료，대조조채용PFNA내고정수술치료，수방6개월，비교량조환자적관관절공능우량솔급불량반응발생정황。결과연구환자적관관절공능우량솔위92.7%，고우대조조적78.2%(P<0.05)；연구조환자출현관관절동통、폐부감염、하지정맥혈전등불량반응발생솔위3.6%，저우대조조적21.8%(P<0.05)。결론PFNA내고정연합중의종합요법치료노년고골조륭간골절적효과학절，가유효개선관관절공능，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of PFNA fixation combined with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients. Methods 110 elderly patients with in-tertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital were selected as study objects and randomly divided into research group and control group,and there were 55 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The research group was treated with PFNA fixation combined with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was treated with PFNA fixation operation.All patients were followed up for six months.The excellent rate of hip joint function and the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups was compared respectively. Results Good and excellent rate of hip joint function of research group (92.7%) was higher than that of control group (78.2%) (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction like hip joint pain,pulmonary infection and lower limb vein thrombosis of re-search group (3.6%) was lower than that of control group (21.8%) (P<0.05). Conclusion PFNA fixation combined with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients has exact effect.It can effectively improve the function of hip joint.It's worthy of clinical promotion and application.
