选用皖北矿务局祁东煤,利用微机灰熔点测定仪,在弱还原性气氛下,分别测定加入不同比例CaO煤的灰熔点,考察添加不同比例CaO对祁东煤灰熔融性的影响。实验结果表明,随着CaO量的增加,煤的灰熔点出现先降后升再降的变化趋势,由此可见,加入CaO明显影响煤灰熔融性。再利用智能红外线光谱仪对煤灰的矿物组成进行分析,研究CaO对祁东煤灰熔融性的影响机理。

Selecting Qidong coal of Wanbei Mining Bureau, using ash melting point determination instrument by microcomputer, in weak reductive atmosphere, the ash melting point was determined by adding different proportion of CaO coal, effects of adding different ratio of CaO on the fusibility of Qidong coal ash were studied.The experimental results showed that, with the increase of CaO content, the coal ash melting point changed trend, reduced first, then increased, reduced last.Thus, the addition of CaO obviously influenced the fusibility of coal ash.Using the FTIR on the ash mineral composition analysis, the mechanism of the effect of adding CaO on the fusibility of Qidong coal ash was studied.
