目的:探讨萆薢渗湿汤对高尿酸血症小鼠的影响及机制。方法:昆明小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和中药低、高剂量组,检测各组小鼠血清尿酸水平和肾、小肠和大肠各组织中OCT1表达水平。结果:与模型组比较,中药低、高剂量组小鼠血清尿酸水平明显降低,小鼠肾、小肠和大肠各组织OCT1表达量明显升高。结论:萆薢渗湿汤能明显降低小鼠血清尿酸水平,其机制可能是上调小鼠肾、小肠和大肠组织OCT1表达水平。

목적:탐토비해삼습탕대고뇨산혈증소서적영향급궤제。방법:곤명소서수궤분위공백조、모형조화중약저、고제량조,검측각조소서혈청뇨산수평화신、소장화대장각조직중OCT1표체수평。결과:여모형조비교,중약저、고제량조소서혈청뇨산수평명현강저,소서신、소장화대장각조직OCT1표체량명현승고。결론:비해삼습탕능명현강저소서혈청뇨산수평,기궤제가능시상조소서신、소장화대장조직OCT1표체수평。
Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of BiXieShenShi decoction to hyperuricemia mice. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Blood uric acid and OCT1 mRNA expressions level of kidney, small intestine and large intestine tissues of the mice were identified. Result: The levels of blood uric acid of mice which were treated by the BiXieShenShi decoction were lower than the hyperuricemia model group. The OCT1 mRNA expressed higher in these tissues in the treated groups than the hyperuricemia model group. Conclusion:BiXieShenShi decoction could reduce blood uric acid by up-regulating the expression of OCT1 in kidney , small intestine and large intestine tissues of hyperuricemia rats.
