目的：探索雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年11月收治入院的COPD急性加重期患者200例，将其随机分为两组，所有患者均给予化痰止咳抗炎等常规综合性治疗，观察组(100例)在常规综合性治疗基础上给予雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液，观察两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率(100.0%)高于对照组(76.0%)(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组的肺功能指标均有改善，但观察组的改善情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后的血清IL-8、CRP水平与治疗前及对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；用药期间，观察组有4例出现口干，加强漱口，并继续用药，症状消失。两组均未因不良反应而提前终止实验。结论雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液能够改善COPD急性加重期患者的肺功能，减轻其气道炎症反应，临床效果更优，可为临床治疗提供参考。

목적：탐색무화흡입포지내덕혼현액치료만성조새성폐질병(COPD)급성가중기적림상효과。방법선취본원2012년1월~2013년11월수치입원적COPD급성가중기환자200례，장기수궤분위량조，소유환자균급여화담지해항염등상규종합성치료，관찰조(100례)재상규종합성치료기출상급여무화흡입포지내덕혼현액，관찰량조적림상료효급불량반응。결과관찰조적총유효솔(100.0%)고우대조조(76.0%)(P<0.05)；치료후，량조적폐공능지표균유개선，단관찰조적개선정황명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조치료후적혈청IL-8、CRP수평여치료전급대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；용약기간，관찰조유4례출현구간，가강수구，병계속용약，증상소실。량조균미인불량반응이제전종지실험。결론무화흡입포지내덕혼현액능구개선COPD급성가중기환자적폐공능，감경기기도염증반응，림상효과경우，가위림상치료제공삼고。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide suspension for aerosol inhalationin in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 200 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to November 2013 were selected.They were randomly assigned to two groups.All patients were given regular comprehensive treatment of reducing phlegm,relieving coughing and anti-in-flammation.The observation group (100 patients) was given budesonide suspension for aerosol inhalation on the basis of regular comprehensive treatment.Clinical effect and adverse effect were observed in two groups. Results Total effective rate (100.0%) in observation group was higher than that (76.0%) in the control group (P<0.05);lung function indicator improvement was seen in both groups after treatment,but the improvement in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,and the difference compared between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was a statistical difference of serum IL-8 and CRP level after treatment in observation group compared with those be-fore treatment and those in control group (P<0.05);4 patients in observation group during medication showed dry mouth. The symptoms disappeared by strengthening rinsing the mouth and continuous medication.In two groups,the experiment was not terminated by the adverse reactions. Conclusion Bedesonide suspension for aerosol inhalation is able to im-prove pulmonary function for patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and alleviate airway inflammatory response with a better clinical effect,and it can provide reference for clinical treatment.
