目的：比较非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的两种经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除手术治疗效果。方法将71例非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者随机分为两组，分别采用经尿道钬激光切除术（ HoLRBT，n ＝33例）和等离子电切术（ TURBT，n＝38例）治疗，比较两组疗效。结果两组患者手术时间、术后住院天数、复发率、治愈率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；但HoLRBT组术中出血量、闭孔神经反射、膀胱穿孔、术后低钠血症发生率明显低于TURBT组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论较之 TURBT，HoLRBT在治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌方面具有安全、有效、并发症少等特点，优势明显。
목적：비교비기층침윤성방광암적량충경뇨도방광종류절제수술치료효과。방법장71례비기층침윤성방광암환자수궤분위량조，분별채용경뇨도화격광절제술（ HoLRBT，n ＝33례）화등리자전절술（ TURBT，n＝38례）치료，비교량조료효。결과량조환자수술시간、술후주원천수、복발솔、치유솔비교，차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）；단HoLRBT조술중출혈량、폐공신경반사、방광천공、술후저납혈증발생솔명현저우TURBT조，차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05）。결론교지 TURBT，HoLRBT재치료비기층침윤성방광암방면구유안전、유효、병발증소등특점，우세명현。
Objectives To compare the efficacy in the treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer by two transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Methods 71 patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer were randomly divided into two groups,of which transurethral holmium laser resection group(HoLRBT,n=33 patients) and plasma transurethral resection group(TURBT,n=38 cases).Compared the efficacy of two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in operative time ,postoperative length of stay,recurrence rate and the cure rate between the two groups( P >0.05);Compared to TURBT group,there were less intraoperative bleeding,obturator nerve reflex,blad-der perforation and postoperative hyponatremia in HoLRBT group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05).Conclusions Compared with TURBT,HoLRBT have the characteristics of safe,effective and fewer complica-tions in the treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer,the advantages are obvious.
