目的：探讨丹参酮治疗冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法收集广东省佛山市顺德区杏坛社区卫生服务中心2011年2月至2014年5月收治的120例冠心病患者临床资料，依据治疗措施不同将患者分为对照组（40例）和观察组（80例），对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上应用丹参酮治疗，比较两组患者的心电图疗效、临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者心电图疗效为100.0%，明显高于对照组的72.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者总有效率为100.0%，明显高于对照组的75.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论丹参酮治疗冠心病可明显改善患者的临床症状，提高临床疗效。
목적：탐토단삼동치료관심병환자적림상료효。방법수집광동성불산시순덕구행단사구위생복무중심2011년2월지2014년5월수치적120례관심병환자림상자료，의거치료조시불동장환자분위대조조（40례）화관찰조（80례），대조조환자급여상규치료，관찰조환자재대조조기출상응용단삼동치료，비교량조환자적심전도료효、림상치료효과。결과관찰조환자심전도료효위100.0%，명현고우대조조적72.5%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자총유효솔위100.0%，명현고우대조조적75.0%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론단삼동치료관심병가명현개선환자적림상증상，제고림상료효。
Objective To study the clinical effect of treating coronary heart disease with Salvia.Methods Colected,Foshan City,Guangdong Province Shunde District Xingtan community health service center in 2011 treated in our hospital from February to 2014 may 120 cases of coronary heart disease patients with clinical data,according to the different treatment measures were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(80 cases),control group were given routine treatment,observation group patients in the control group based on the combined application of tanshinone therapy,electrocardiogram curative effect were compared between the two groups,clinical therapeutic effect.Results Observation group patients electrocardiogram curative effect was 100.0%,which was <br> significantly higher than that of control group was 72.5% of the,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group total effective rate was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than that of control group 75.0%,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms of Tanshinone in treatment of coronary heart disease can significantly improve the patients, improve the clinical efficacy.
