目的：总结急性左心功能衰竭的临床救治经验。方法：回顾性分析海丰县彭湃纪念医院急诊科2011年1月至2014年12月诊治的急性左心功能衰竭患者36例的临床资料。结果：本组36例急性左心功能衰竭患者中，显效14例，有效18例，总有效率为94．4％，无效2例（5．6％）。结论：对急性左心功能衰竭患者及时采取综合的救治措施，可提高抢救成功率，减少死亡率。
목적：총결급성좌심공능쇠갈적림상구치경험。방법：회고성분석해봉현팽배기념의원급진과2011년1월지2014년12월진치적급성좌심공능쇠갈환자36례적림상자료。결과：본조36례급성좌심공능쇠갈환자중，현효14례，유효18례，총유효솔위94．4％，무효2례（5．6％）。결론：대급성좌심공능쇠갈환자급시채취종합적구치조시，가제고창구성공솔，감소사망솔。
Objective:To summarize the clinical experiment of treatment for patients with acute left ventricular failure. Methods: The clinical data of 36 patients with acute left ventricular failure were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2011 to Dec 2014 in emergency department of Pengpai Memorial Hospital of Haifeng. Results: Among the 36 cases,the markedly effective and effective patients were 14 cases and 18 cases,the total effective rate was 94.4%. The void was 2 cases(5.6%). Conclusion:It may improve the succeed rate and reduce the mortality rate to patients with acute left ventricular failure treated timely by effective general.
