目的 评估本科二年级护理专业学生课前对人体力学原理及其在护理中应用知识的认知现状,以便在护理教学工作中制定有针对性的讲解和培训措施.方法 采用自制人体肌肉骨骼系统解剖和力学原理及其在护理中应用知识问卷,共100个判断题,每题1分,共100分.共144名本科二年级护理专业学生自愿参加调查.结果 护生成绩60分以上的占77.78%,平均成绩为(66.76±9.86)分.护生对人体力学原理在护理中应用的知识回答准确率最高,人体力学原理次之,而人体肌肉骨骼系统相关解剖生理知识回答准确率最低,三者之间存在统计学差异.结论 护生对人体力学原理及其在护理中的应用知识的了解程度相对较好,在课程讲解或培训中应加强对人体肌肉骨骼生理解剖知识的掌握,以便在护理技能的训练中注意保护肌肉骨骼系统.

Objective To assess the knowledge of biomechanics in undergraduate nursing students before attending the curricular.Methods The questionnaire of biomechanical principles and its application in nursing skills was used in this study.The questionnaire included 100 yes-or-no questions.Total 144 students were recruited in this study.Results The average score was (66.76±9.86),and the score of 77.78% nursing students was equal to or higher than 60.As to the accuracy among three parts in the questionnaire,the highest was application in nursing skill,the second was biomechanical principles,and the lowest was the knowledge of human musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.Conclusions The undergraduate nursing students understood the knowledge of biomechanical principles and its application in nursing skill better than human musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.The biomechanics in nursing skills should be emphasized during related curricular,so that the musculoskeletal disorders related the occupation could be prevented.
