以天然海水为电解质,利用电化学交流阻抗测试手段和荧光显微镜、扫描电镜等表征方法研究了阴极极化过程中氧还原抑菌机制及不同阴极极化电位对不锈钢表面微生物附着的影响。结果表明阴极氧还原反应是阴极极化抑菌的主要机制且适当电位的阴极极化能有效抑制微生物在304不锈钢表面的附着。

Electrochemical measurements of electrochemical impedance and characterization methods of fluorescence microscope and scanning electron microscopy were used to study the oxygen reduction antibacterial mechanism in the process of cathodic polarization and the influence of different cathodic polarization potential on stainless steel surface microbial adhesion.Results showed that the oxygen reduction reaction played a key role in inhibiting biofilm adhesion and the appropriate polarized potential can effectively inhibit the microbial adhesion on stainless steel.
