目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠临床效果.方法选取我院收治的100例异位妊娠患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予米非司酮,观察两组患者治疗效果及药物不良反应发生情况.结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.0％明显高于对照组(88.0％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组血β-hCG转阴时间及盆腔包块消失时间明显短于对照组,两组间各值比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);药物不良反应发生率观察组为4.0％明显低于对照组(18.0％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠可缩短血β-hCG转阴时间及盆腔包块消失时间,减轻药物不良反应,具有显著临床治疗效果.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect ofmifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group was treated with methotrexate,observation group was given mifepristone on the basis of control group.Observed therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98％,significantly higher than 88％ of control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The blood beta-hCG clearance time and pelvic mass disappearance time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 4％,significantly lower than 18％ of control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy can shorten blood beta-hCG clearance time and pelvic mass disappearance time,reduce adverse drug reactions,with significant clinical therapeutic effect.
