Shegan Mahuang decoction%Asthma%T cell subsets
目的:观察射干麻黄汤对寒哮患者外周血T细胞亚群及白细胞介素( interleukin, IL)-5、IL-10 mRNA水平的影响。方法将51例轻中度寒哮患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组25例和对照组26例。对照组给沙丁胺醇气雾剂,每次吸入100μg,每天4次;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用射干麻黄汤中药配方颗粒冲服,每天1剂,早晚2次冲服。两组均治疗12周。分别于治疗前和治疗后12周留取血液行流式细胞术检测T细胞亚群,RT-PCR检测IL-5、IL-10 mRNA表达。结果治疗后两组比较:CD3+、CD4+、CD8+无显著差异,CD4/CD8比值(t=2.593,P=0.012)、IL-5(t=2.492, P=0.016)明显下降,IL-10(t=2.659,P=0.011)明显上升。结论射干麻黄汤调节哮喘患者T细胞CD4/CD8比例及IL-5、IL-10表达水平,改变机体细胞免疫功能,控制哮喘症状。

목적:관찰사간마황탕대한효환자외주혈T세포아군급백세포개소( interleukin, IL)-5、IL-10 mRNA수평적영향。방법장51례경중도한효환자안수궤수자표법분위치료조25례화대조조26례。대조조급사정알순기무제,매차흡입100μg,매천4차;치료조재대조조적기출상가용사간마황탕중약배방과립충복,매천1제,조만2차충복。량조균치료12주。분별우치료전화치료후12주류취혈액행류식세포술검측T세포아군,RT-PCR검측IL-5、IL-10 mRNA표체。결과치료후량조비교:CD3+、CD4+、CD8+무현저차이,CD4/CD8비치(t=2.593,P=0.012)、IL-5(t=2.492, P=0.016)명현하강,IL-10(t=2.659,P=0.011)명현상승。결론사간마황탕조절효천환자T세포CD4/CD8비례급IL-5、IL-10표체수평,개변궤체세포면역공능,공제효천증상。
Objective To observe the effects of Shegan Mahuang decoction on peripheral blood T cell subsets and IL-5mRNA, IL-10mRNA expression in asthmatics. Methods 51 cases of mild to moderate asthmatics were randomly divided into treatment group ( 25 patients ) and control group ( 26 patients) . Control group was given salbutamol aerosol, each inhalation 100μg, four times daily;treatment group were given extra dosage of Chinese medicine ( Shegan Mahuang decoction) , twice a day on in the morning and evening. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Blood specimens were collected respectively before and after treatment. Then T cell subsets were detected by the line flow cytometry, and IL-5, IL-10mRNA expression tested by RT-PCR. Results Compared with control group, T cell subsets CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ showed no significant difference, but CD4/CD8 ratio (t = 2.593, P = 0.012), IL-5 (t= 2. 492, P= 0. 016) and IL-10 (t= 2. 659, P= 0. 011) were changed significantly. Conclusion Shegan Mahuang decoction can adjust CD4/CD8 ratio and the IL-5, IL-10 expression, regulate immune function, and control asthma symptoms.
