利用正交试验,对影响石灰石粉混凝土抗碳化性能的因素进行分析,并对这些因素的重要性进行判定。选定碳化时间、石灰石粉掺量以及混凝土的水胶比这三个因素进行正交试验。结果表明,石灰石粉的掺量越多、水胶比越大、碳化时间越长,混凝土的抗碳化性能越弱,同时石灰石粉混凝土的水胶比对碳化深度的影响较为显著。
利用正交試驗,對影響石灰石粉混凝土抗碳化性能的因素進行分析,併對這些因素的重要性進行判定。選定碳化時間、石灰石粉摻量以及混凝土的水膠比這三箇因素進行正交試驗。結果錶明,石灰石粉的摻量越多、水膠比越大、碳化時間越長,混凝土的抗碳化性能越弱,同時石灰石粉混凝土的水膠比對碳化深度的影響較為顯著。
이용정교시험,대영향석회석분혼응토항탄화성능적인소진행분석,병대저사인소적중요성진행판정。선정탄화시간、석회석분참량이급혼응토적수효비저삼개인소진행정교시험。결과표명,석회석분적참량월다、수효비월대、탄화시간월장,혼응토적항탄화성능월약,동시석회석분혼응토적수효비대탄화심도적영향교위현저。
By orthogonal test,the factors affecting the carbonation resistance of limestone concrete were analyzed and the importance of the factors was judged. Carbonation time,content of limestone powder and water-binder ratio were selected to do the orthogonal test. The results show with the content of limestone powder,water-cement ratio and the carbonation time increasing,the carbonation resist-ance of limestone concrete recedes severely and the influence of the water-binder ratio on the carbonation depth of limestone concrete is remarkable.
