结核感染T细胞的快速血液检测——酶联免疫斑点实验T-SPOT.TB技术,是利用结核分枝杆菌感染外周血单个核细胞中存在的结核特异性T细胞进行检测.作为一项新型诊断方法,其发挥了显著的优越性.它具有较高的敏感性和特异性,已成为最敏感的检测方法之一.有许多文献表明用离体的酶联免疫斑点技术测定ESAT-6和CFP-10特异性T细胞较现有的结核菌素皮肤试验有明显的改进.越来越多的研究展示了T-SPOT.TB在肺内肺外结核病诊断中的临床应用价值.该文对T-SPOT.TB的临床应用进展作一简要综述.

The enzyme-linked immunospot assay T-SPOT.TB (a rapid T cell-based blood test for tuberculosis infection) is based on detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis specific T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells.As a new diagnostic method,T-SPOT.TB has revealed a lot advantages.The high sensitivity and specificity make T-SPOT.TB be one of the most sensitive detection methods.In particular,there are substantial published evidences showing that the detection of ESAT-6 and CFP-10 specific T cells by the ex vivo enzyme-linked immunospot technique is a remarkable improvement over the tuberculin skin test.More and more researches have shown the clinical value of T-SPOT.TB in the diagnosis of pulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis.This article makes a brief overview of the advances in the clinical application of T-SPOT.TB.
