ALI/ARDS病情凶险,病死率高,是临床常见的危重症,目前尚无特效的治疗方法.研究显示应用全氟化碳的液体通气对ALI/ARDS的治疗效果优于常规机械通气,且全氟化碳能拮抗ALI/ARDS导致的炎症反应,但其抗炎的机制仍不明确.本文就全氟化碳治疗ALI的细胞生物学研究进展作一综述.

Acute lung injury (ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a critical clinical syndrome with high mortality,and there are no specific strategies for treatment currently.The studies have shown that liquid ventilation with perfluorocarbon has more advantages than conventional mechanical ventilation in the treatment of ALI/ARDS.Perfluorocarbon can inhibit inflammatory response caused by ALI/ARDS.However,the anti-inflammatory mechanism has not been completely elucidated.This review aims to summarize the cytobiology study on the treatment of ALI/ARDS with perfluorocarbon.
