深圳市公立医院管理中心成立以来,在总结和继承既往公立医院改革成果的基础上,按照国家提出的“维护公益性、调动积极性、保障可持续性”的总体改革要求,着力理顺政府、公立医院、社会三者之间的关系,推动医院管理体制、运行机制、监管方式、服务模式等综合配套改革,初步构建了一套符合深圳实际的现代医院管理制度,促进医院的运行管理更好地体现政府、医务人员和社会的意志,更好地兼顾质量、公平和效率,有效提升了医院的整体管理绩效和服务水平.

심수시공립의원관리중심성립이래,재총결화계승기왕공립의원개혁성과적기출상,안조국가제출적“유호공익성、조동적겁성、보장가지속성”적총체개혁요구,착력리순정부、공립의원、사회삼자지간적관계,추동의원관리체제、운행궤제、감관방식、복무모식등종합배투개혁,초보구건료일투부합심수실제적현대의원관리제도,촉진의원적운행관리경호지체현정부、의무인원화사회적의지,경호지겸고질량、공평화효솔,유효제승료의원적정체관리적효화복무수평.
Since its founding,the Management Center of Shenzhen Public Hospitals,on the basis of summarizing and inheriting reform outcomes in the past,has been working on to streamline the relationship between the government,public hospitals and the society in line with the general reform requirements of the state"upholding public welfare nature,motivating and ensuring sustainability".The center carries out a general reform covering the hospital management system,operating mechanism,supervision mode,and service mode.This way the center has built a set of contemporary hospital management system fitting Shenzhen' s conditions,encouraging hospital operations to better embody the interests of the government,medical workers and the society,and to better cover quality,equity and efficiency,thus effectively improving the management performance and services of the hospitals in question.
