目的：探讨舒肝解郁胶囊改善伴有抑郁障碍老年心血管病患者的临床疗效。方法将88例患者随机分为实验组（45例，采用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗）和观察组（43例，采用帕罗西汀治疗）。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HAMD）和主观幸福感采用费城老年中心信心量表（ PGC）评定疗效和主观幸福感，以不良反应症状量表（TESS）评定药物副作用。结果①两组有效率分别为88．4％和94．9％（χ2＝0．43，P＞0．05）。②两组HAMD量表评分较治疗前均降低（P＜0．05），实验组降低更明显（t＝2．4002，P＜0．05）。③治疗8周后两组PGC量表量表总分及因子分均较治疗前升高（P均＜0．05），但实验组在总分、激越因子、孤独与不满因子升高更明显（t＝4．0624，2．7058，2．7306，P均＜0．05）。④两组副反应率分别为6．98％和43．59％（t＝10．34，P＜0．05）。结论舒肝解郁胶囊对伴有抑郁情绪的老年心血管病患者安全有效，值得推广使用。
목적：탐토서간해욱효낭개선반유억욱장애노년심혈관병환자적림상료효。방법장88례환자수궤분위실험조（45례，채용서간해욱효낭치료）화관찰조（43례，채용파라서정치료）。이한밀이돈억욱량표（ HAMD）화주관행복감채용비성노년중심신심량표（ PGC）평정료효화주관행복감，이불량반응증상량표（TESS）평정약물부작용。결과①량조유효솔분별위88．4％화94．9％（χ2＝0．43，P＞0．05）。②량조HAMD량표평분교치료전균강저（P＜0．05），실험조강저경명현（t＝2．4002，P＜0．05）。③치료8주후량조PGC량표량표총분급인자분균교치료전승고（P균＜0．05），단실험조재총분、격월인자、고독여불만인자승고경명현（t＝4．0624，2．7058，2．7306，P균＜0．05）。④량조부반응솔분별위6．98％화43．59％（t＝10．34，P＜0．05）。결론서간해욱효낭대반유억욱정서적노년심혈관병환자안전유효，치득추엄사용。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical curative effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule in senile patients with depressivedisorderandcardiovasculardisease.METHODS 88patientswererandomlydividedintothestudygroup (45 cases,treated by Shugan Jieyu capsule ) and control group (43 cases,treated with Pa Rossi Dean).Hamilton De-pression Scale ( HAMD) and subjective well-being of the Philadelphia Geriatric Center Morale Scale ( PGC) and subjective happiness sense were used to assess the efficacy ,adverse reactions symptom scale ( TESS) was used to as-sessdrugsideeffects.RESULTS ①Theefficiencyofthetwogroupswere88.4%and94.9%(χ2=0.43,P>0.05 ).②The two groups of HAMD scale scores were decreased significantly compared with before treatment ( P<0.05 ) ,the study group was significantly lower ( t=2.4002 , P<0.05 ) .8 weeks after the treatment , two groups of PGC scale scores and factor scores were higher than before treatment (P<0.05),but the study group in the total score,agitation,loneliness and dissatisfaction factor factor increased obviously ( t =4.0624、2.7058、2.7306 , P <0.05).The two groups of adverse reaction rate were 6.98%and 43.59% (t=10.34,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Shugan Jieyu capsule on elderly patients with cardiovascular disease associated with anxiety efficacy and efficacy of paroxetine quite small adverse reactions ,suitable for clinical use .
