目的：探讨建立超高龄高危胆道手术患者规范化程序化的护理流程。方法调查2010年至2014年行胆道手术的75岁以上患者122例，设立高危老年患者管理小组，制定护理流程，总结护理经验，推广学习。结果分组规范化后本组122例中治愈116例，6例死亡，护理并发症的发生率明显减少。结论通过改进护理措施，超高龄高危患者的术后恢复，住院时间，花费，患者及家属对于医院的满意度均有大幅度提高，护理效果满意，临床经验值得推广。
목적：탐토건립초고령고위담도수술환자규범화정서화적호리류정。방법조사2010년지2014년행담도수술적75세이상환자122례，설립고위노년환자관리소조，제정호리류정，총결호리경험，추엄학습。결과분조규범화후본조122례중치유116례，6례사망，호리병발증적발생솔명현감소。결론통과개진호리조시，초고령고위환자적술후회복，주원시간，화비，환자급가속대우의원적만의도균유대폭도제고，호리효과만의，림상경험치득추엄。
Objective To explore the establishment of normative care processes towards super-aged and high-risk patients with operation on biliary. Methods 122 patients who were over 75 years old and had been carried out operations on biliary were investigated to summarize experience from normative care processes. Results All the 122 cases of patients, 116 cases had been cured and only 6 cases died, the rate of side effects cased by caring process decreased distinctly. Conclusion After we improved the nursing process, the postoperative recovery process, the time in hospital, the cost, the satisfaction degree of super-aged and high-risk patients had been greatly improved, the effect of nursing process was obvious, and it’s worth promoting clinically.
