目的：探讨特比萘芬致不良反应发生的特点。方法用文献计量学方法，对1996年~2014年国内中文期刊中公开报道的31例特比萘芬所致不良反应病例进行统计分析。结果特比萘芬致不良反应文献报道集中在皮肤过敏反应、味觉丧失及药物性肝损害。结论临床应重视特比萘芬的不良反应。

목적：탐토특비내분치불량반응발생적특점。방법용문헌계량학방법，대1996년~2014년국내중문기간중공개보도적31례특비내분소치불량반응병례진행통계분석。결과특비내분치불량반응문헌보도집중재피부과민반응、미각상실급약물성간손해。결론림상응중시특비내분적불량반응。
ObjectiveTo discuss the manifestation characteristics of Terbinafine induced ADR(Adverse Drug Reaction).MethodsBy means of bibliometrics, 31 cases of ADR reports of Terbinaifne published domestically in 1996-2014 were statistically analyzed and evaluated.ResultsTerbinaifne induced adverse reactions reported in the literature focused on the skin allergic reactions, loss of taste and Liver damage induced by drugs.ConclusionGreat importance should be attached to Adverse Reactions induced by Terbinaifne.
