Alirocumab为一种抗PCSK9单克隆抗体，可通过抑制PCSK9，阻止LDL-R的降解，从而降低血液中LDL-C水平。在刚刚结束的2014美国心脏协会年会(AHA2014)期间公布了多项有关PCSK9抑制剂Alirocumab在降低LDL-C中的临床研究(Ⅲ期临床试验)。现结合相关临床研究结果，对Alirocumab在降低LDL-C中的作用做一介绍。
Alirocumab為一種抗PCSK9單剋隆抗體，可通過抑製PCSK9，阻止LDL-R的降解，從而降低血液中LDL-C水平。在剛剛結束的2014美國心髒協會年會(AHA2014)期間公佈瞭多項有關PCSK9抑製劑Alirocumab在降低LDL-C中的臨床研究(Ⅲ期臨床試驗)。現結閤相關臨床研究結果，對Alirocumab在降低LDL-C中的作用做一介紹。

Alirocumab, as an anti-PCSK9 monoclonal antibody, could inhibit PCSK9 and prevent LDL-R degradation so as to lower blood LDL-C levels. During the AHA2014, a number of clinical studies (PhaseⅢclinical trials) about the PCSK9 inhibitor Alirocumab in reducing LDL-C have been announced. And the article here tends to review the results of these clinical studies on Alirocumab in reducing LDL-C.
