目的:建立了利用生成普鲁士蓝测定头孢唑啉钠含量的新方法。方法头孢唑啉钠在0.10mol? L-1 NaOH溶液中、100℃水浴加热降解为含巯基化合物。然后加入 FeCl3,巯基化合物能把 Fe3+还原为 Fe2+,Fe2+与 K3〔Fe(CN)6〕生成可溶性普鲁士蓝,通过测定普鲁士蓝在740 nm的吸光度,间接测定头孢唑啉钠的含量。结果头孢唑啉钠含量在0.11~9.60μg? mL -1均具有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程 A =0.2041C(μg? mL -1)-0.0227,相关系数R=0.999。摩尔吸光系数ε740=9.7×104L/(mol? cm)。结论本法用于测定头孢唑啉钠粉针剂,平均回收率为99.74%,样品测定结果与中国药典法的测定结果基本一致。

L-1 NaOH용액중、100℃수욕가열강해위함구기화합물。연후가입 FeCl3,구기화합물능파 Fe3+환원위 Fe2+,Fe2+여 K3〔Fe(CN)6〕생성가용성보로사람,통과측정보로사람재740 nm적흡광도,간접측정두포서람납적함량。결과두포서람납함량재0.11~9.60μg? mL -1균구유량호적선성관계,선성회귀방정 A =0.2041C(μg? mL -1)-0.0227,상관계수R=0.999。마이흡광계수ε740=9.7×104L/(mol? cm)。결론본법용우측정두포서람납분침제,평균회수솔위99.74%,양품측정결과여중국약전법적측정결과기본일치。
OBJECTIVE A new spectrophotometric method has been established to determine cefazolin sodium using the generated Prussian blue .METHOD In the 0.1mol? L-1 NaOH solution,cefazolin sodium can be de-graded to form sulfhydryl group at 100℃water-bath heating.Then,the Fe3+will be reduced to form Fe2+by sulfhydryl group after we adding FeCl3 .And the soluble Prussian blue is produced by the reaction between Fe2+and K3〔Fe( CN) 6〕.By determining the absorbance of Prussian blue in the 740 nm wavelength,the indi-rect determination of cefazolin sodium can be achieved.RESULTS A good linear relationship is obtained when the content of cefazolin sodium range from 0.11μg? mL-1 to 9.60μg? mL-1 .The linear regression equation is A =0.2041 C (μg? mL-1 ) -0.0227 with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 9.7 ×104L? (mol? cm-1).CONCLUSION This method has been applied to the determination of cefazolin so-dium powder injection with satisfactory results ,The average recovery was 99.74%.The determination results of sam-ple were almost identical to those obtained by Ch .P method.
