肺癌是目前危害人类健康的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和病死率近年均呈上升趋势.迄今为止,肺癌的病因仍未完全清楚,其发病机制是多因素、多基因、多阶段协同作用的结果.众所周知,吸烟是肺癌已明确的病因,但非吸烟者肺癌的患病率也明显增加.很多研究认为病毒感染亦是肺癌的危险因素之一,其中人乳头瘤病毒作为嗜上皮病毒与肺癌之间的关系引起学者们广泛关注.近30余年世界各地学者们通过不同方法探讨人乳头瘤病毒感染与肺癌相关性,而人乳头瘤病毒在肺部肿瘤组织的感染率呈现不均一性.现将目前关于人乳头瘤病毒相关肺癌研究进展作简要概述.

Lung cancer is currently one of malignant tumors that do harm to human health,and the morbidity and mortality have been increasing in recent years.So far,the cause of lung cancer is not yet entirely clear,its pathogenesis is the results of multiple factors,genes and stages.As we all know,it has been clear that smoking is a cause of lung cancer,the prevalence of lung cancer in non-smokers is increased significantly.Many studies suggest that viral infection is also a risk factor for lung cancer.As epithelium virus,the relation between human papillomavirus (HPV) and lung cancer has caused the attention of scholars.In nearly thirty years,the scholars around the world used different ways to explore the relation of HPV infection with lung cancer,and HPV infection in lung tumor tissue showed heterogeneity.This review discusses the current research progress on HPV-related lung cancer.
