目的 综述有关飞行人员的氧化应激损伤与卫生防护措施的相关研究进展. 资料来源与选择 国内外该领域的相关文献资料. 资料引用 引用公开发表的文献资料108篇,其中期刊论文99篇,学术专著7部,技术报告1篇,学位论文1篇. 资料综合 回顾了有关飞行人员的氧化应激损伤与防护措施研究进展.飞行职业中诱发氧化应激的因素较多,主要包括高空低压缺氧与吸氧、正加速度(+Gz)作用、电磁辐射、化学毒理因素、心理应激、睡眠生物节律紊乱与飞行疲劳等.针对诱发氧化应激的不良生活方式与相关病症的调查以及抗氧化能力的实际检测结果表明,飞行人员存在明显的氧化应激损伤.目前,采用的综合卫生防护措施有助于降低飞行人员的氧化应激水平,主要包括装备防护、航空生理训练、疗养康复、科学营养膳食以及合理用药等. 结论 飞行职业的多种应激因素均可诱发飞行人员的氧化应激损伤,应加强其氧化应激状态的定期监测和采用综合卫生防护措施以提高飞行人员的抗氧化能力,进而促进其健康水平与作业能力.

Objective To review the research advances related to oxidative stress injury of aircrew and the protective measures.Literature resource and selection Relevant articles and monographs published in China and abroad.Literature quotation One hundred and eight published references (ninety-nine papers,seven monographs,one report and one dissertation) were cited.Literature synthesis The research advances related to oxidative stress injury of aircrew and the protective measures were reviewed.The main oxidative stress inducing factors in flight occupation are arranged as follows:hypobaric hypoxia and inhalation of oxygen,positive acceleration stress (+Gz),electromagnetic radiation,chemical toxics,psychological stress,sleep biorhythm disorder,flight fatigue,etc.Based on the epidemic investigation of the unhealthy living style related to oxidative stress,and induced diseases or syndromes,as well as the detection of antioxidative ability,results indicate the obvious oxidative stress injury on aircrew.At present,comprehensive measures have been adopted to reduce oxidative stress injury of aircrew,such as protective equipment,aviation physiological training,healthy recuperation,rational dietary system and taking nutrient supplements,rational use of Chinese herbal medicine with the pharmacological effects of antioxidative ability and so on.Conclusions Many professional stress factors can induce oxidative stress injury of aircrew.The regular monitoring of oxidative stress status and comprehensive medical protective measures should be adopted for enhancing aircrew's antioxidave ability,promoting their working capacity and maintaining health.
