目的：探讨COPD并肺性脑病与脑萎缩CT改变的关系。方法对我院2014年以来经临床确诊为COPD并肺性脑病的21位患者的PaO2、PaCO2及其颅脑CT图像上脑叶萎缩数量进行采集记录，并对二者进行统计学分析；同时比较这些患者在治疗前后上述各项指标的变化，并作统计学分析。结果缺O2和CO2潴留与脑叶萎缩有一定的相关性；同时，治疗后PaO2和PaCO2有所改善，而脑叶萎缩计数则改变不甚明显。结论脑萎缩CT改变对于诊断COPD并肺性脑病具有一定特征性。对于COPD并肺性脑病的患者，早诊早治对预防和延缓脑萎缩的发生发展有重要意义。
목적：탐토COPD병폐성뇌병여뇌위축CT개변적관계。방법대아원2014년이래경림상학진위COPD병폐성뇌병적21위환자적PaO2、PaCO2급기로뇌CT도상상뇌협위축수량진행채집기록，병대이자진행통계학분석；동시비교저사환자재치료전후상술각항지표적변화，병작통계학분석。결과결O2화CO2저류여뇌협위축유일정적상관성；동시，치료후PaO2화PaCO2유소개선，이뇌협위축계수칙개변불심명현。결론뇌위축CT개변대우진단COPD병폐성뇌병구유일정특정성。대우COPD병폐성뇌병적환자，조진조치대예방화연완뇌위축적발생발전유중요의의。
ObjectiveTo access the relationship between the COPD with pulmonary encephalopathy and brain atrophy in CT Imaging ifndings.MethodTo investigat the PaO2 and PaCO2 of 21 patients which had diagnosed as COPD with pulmonary encephalopathy since 2014 and to statistic the lobar atrophy number of these patients in craniocerebral CT. Then to analyse the relevance between the PaO2, PaCO2 and the brain atrophy numbers. At the same time, comparison of the above changes before and after treatment in patients with values, and for statistical analysis.ResultHypoxi, CO2 retention and lobar atrophy quantity has certain correlation, After the treatment, PaO2 and PaCO2improved, the number of values did not change signiifcantly in cerebral atrophy for the COPD patients with pulmonary encephalopathy.ConclusionFor the judgment of pulmonary encephalopathy,brain atrophy has some characteristic feature. Early diagnosis and treatment have important meaning to prevent and delay the occurrence of cerebral atrophy.
